Do you want to help create an efficient and professional housing journey for our customers?
Fortinova manages over 3,000 apartments across several locations in Western Sweden, with a central customer service and rental operations based in Varberg. From here, we coordinate housing queues, applications, viewings, and contract signings for all locations via our property management system, email, and phone. We strive to automate and simplify the process for the customer at every stage, without losing the personal touch and customer service.
Our rental team in Varberg serves as a central point of contact in our work close to our customers – both prospective tenants and existing residents. We are now refining our roles and expanding the team to further develop our rental process for housing and housing-related properties.
Housing rentals are part of our property management department, and the team reports to the Customer Manager.
About the role
As a Rental Administrator, you handle the rental of housing and housing-related properties within an assigned area by, among other things:
- Administering parts of the rental process such as advertising, selection, viewings, and contract signing, while ensuring correct documentation at all stages.
- Collaborating with customer service and property management on operational matters such as inspections, renovations, and relocations.
- Ensuring correct case handling and providing support in matters concerning lease agreements, terminations, transfers, and other housing-related legal processes in accordance with the Swedish Tenancy Act.
Additionally, you will handle other administrative and processing tasks, as well as customer-oriented marketing events and activities among our tenants.
Your profile
In this role, you work within structured processes and guidelines with a focus on quality and efficiency. You primarily handle standardized rental cases but are a vital part of the whole through your contribution to service and daily improvements.
We are looking for someone who keeps things organized, enjoys routine-based tasks in a varied daily work life, and is driven by customer satisfaction, regardless of whether your news is positive or negative.
This role suits you if you thrive in a service-oriented and administrative environment where structure, attention to detail, and customer interaction are crucial for success.
We require that you have:
- A high school education in economics, administration, or equivalent
- Experience from service industries or administrative work
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office package
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience from the real estate industry
- Basic knowledge of rental legislation
